Returns/Exchanges/Shipping

 

How To Start A Return :

If your return meets the criteria please email zeroclothingcoweb@gmail.com with the order number, what you'd like to return, and why. 

Your return must be shipped back to us within the 10 days after Canada Post says it was delivered. 

Return shipping is at the customers expense. (We do not provide a shipping label or pay for a shipping label)

Please make sure your order number is in the box, so we know who's return it is and who to issue the store credit to. 

If you ship back your order that brings you under the free shipping threshold we will deduct $20 from the store credit. 

If we get returns that are late, not returnable, or don't follow the below rules we will not issue a store credit. Getting these item(s) back to the customer is at the customers expense. 

 

All merchandise purchased as a sale item, including items purchased during a sale event that are marked down 25% and over, are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit. Certain sale events may also be final sale.

  • All items in our "sale" collection
  • Items purchased during a sale event that are marked down 25% and over.
  • All Surprise Boxes are a final sale.
  • A friendly reminder that all holiday sale discounts: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day will be a final sale.

Ineligible merchandise also includes: worn items, face masks, earrings, swimsuits, undergarments (including bodysuits) and cosmetics due to hygienic concerns. Gift cards are final sale.

 

 Credit

Regularly priced merchandise can be returned for a store credit within 10 days after delivery . All merchandise must be returned/shipped back with tags attached and items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains or odors. 

  • Footwear must be shipped back in original shoe box with lid, inside a polymailer or box
  • Do not tape your return label to the original shoe box, we will return to sender

Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email containing a gift card with a code that can be used toward a future purchase. 

  • Store Credit

    With a store credit, you will receive an email containing a gift card code once your return has been processed. This gift card will be equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable).

 

 Exchanges

If you've found that your item isn't quite the perfect size, you can exchange for a different size within 10 days of arrival.

  • If we are unable to make the exchange, you will have the option of returning for a  store credit.

All exchanges must be returned within 10 days of requesting the exchange and there will be a $20.00 shipping fee applied.

 

 

Defective Item

In the unusual event you receive an incorrect shipment or defective item, please contact zeroclothingcoweb@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide photos of the defects. Defects must be reported before items are worn and washed, merchandise that has been worn or washed will not be accepted. 

If you do not contact us about the defect within the 7 days, we will, unfortunately, be unable to help you. Please make sure to inspect your items and contact us within this timeline.
