Online Orders and Shipping
All items ordered from our online store are pulled from our Only location in Luseland Sk
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed.
We do our best to keep a consistent schedule when delivering. Your order may not be available on the same day in which it was placed. We ask that you be patient and wait until you receive an email your order is ready for pickup!
If you chose shipping:
We send all packages with a tracking number. Please be aware, when there is a high volume of online orders due to Black Friday sales or the holidays, our shipping process (including inputting tracking numbers) may be delayed. We will do our best to keep you updated, but if you are curious about the status of your order, please email us!
Once the package is with Canada Post, we are not responsible for any shipping or custom delays.
Package Says Delivered But I Can't Find It?
For missing packages please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Zero is not responsible for any lost merchandise. However, we advise you to reach out to our customer service team, they will do everything possible to assist with the recovery of your package!
My Package Was Stolen, What Should I Do?
We recommend contacting your local authorities immediately. Zero is not responsible for stolen packages.
